Square project is a commercial center, located in Kiryat Motzkin - Northern District, Israel. The building will include underground parking, retail on the ground level, and three office floors for rent. The project's total area is 23,500 square meters.
BIMLab has provided BIM management services and MEP coordination services for this project, developed on BIM 360 platform. It is one of the first projects in BIM for Geshem Holdings. That is why we had to work closely with the client to translate the company's requirements and establish standards for all project participants. Being part of the management team, we emphasize collaborative workflow at all project stages.
