Located in the heart of the growing Pisgat Ono neighborhood, HaDuvdevan 3-5 is a modern commercial and office development designed to meet the needs of businesses and urban life. Strategically positioned near Highway 471, the project offers excellent accessibility and is set to become a key destination in Kiryat Ono's evolving urban landscape. The project comprises two mixed-use buildings totaling approximately 35,000 square meters, featuring office spaces, retail areas, and underground parking. Its flexible layout and diverse usage mix create an ideal environment for commerce, professional services, and leisure. Tenants already secured include leading national retail and restaurant brands.
BIMLab supports this project with comprehensive BIM Management and MEP coordination services, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are seamlessly integrated with architectural and structural designs — even as construction progresses.
Our scope includes:
• Development and maintenance of a federated BIM model integrating all disciplines.
• Clash detection and resolution, identifying spatial conflicts early to avoid on-site rework.
• Active participation in project meetings to align all stakeholders and address coordination gaps in real-time.
• Ongoing support through the building–planning interface stage, where construction is already underway while design work is still being finalized.
• Continuous model updates, ensuring all changes and field adaptations are reflected in the coordinated set.
• Use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) for issue tracking, documentation, and transparent collaboration.
• Preparation of coordination views, issue reports, and review packages to streamline communication between consultants and contractors.
