The project area covers about 4 dunams and includes about 20,000 square meters built, of which about 1,100 square meters commercial. The project will include about 500 housing units for students in a diverse mix of single and shared apartments. The project is located near the Weizmann Institute of Science and the Faculty of Agriculture in Rehovot, Israel.
We have worked closely with the Shikun&Binui management to translate the company's requirements and incorporate standards for all project participants.
We use Revit plugins and add-ons, reports, scheduling, design tools, and methods to increase the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of each project.
Being part of the management team, we emphasize collaborative workflow at all project stages.
We enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness by utilizing a suite of advanced Revit plugins, add-ons, and cutting-edge methodologies.
