The HealthTech Valley campus, strategically located next to Sheba Medical Center in Tel Ha-Shomer, will feature state-of-the-art research and innovation hubs, wet and dry labs, modern offices, and shared workspaces. The development spans approximately 105,000 sq.m and includes :
✤Five underground floors, designated for parking, technical spaces, and commercial areas.
✤Ground and first floors, featuring an entrance lobby, retail and dining spaces.
✤Floors above are allocated for public services, laboratories, and office spaces, supporting cutting-edge research and innovation.
The complex will be smart and sustainable, LEED-certified, and built to the highest standards, offering an environment where innovation thrives.
