The "Heaven and Earth" Compound in Rehovot, Israel, is a distinguished residential project featuring three high-rise buildings and two boutique structures. This impressive complex encompasses 393 residential units, complemented by three underground parking levels, retail areas, and kindergartens on the ground floor.
Enhancing the urban living experience, the project boasts meticulously designed landscaping and garden areas, internal courtyards, leisure and seating areas, and dedicated children’s facilities. The commercial floor, facing the main street, seamlessly integrates with the urban fabric, offering convenience and vibrancy to both residents and visitors.
Integral to the success of this project, BIMLab provided comprehensive BIM MEP coordination services, utilizing the advanced capabilities of the BIM 360 platform. This coordination ensures that the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are seamlessly designed, accurately installed, and effectively maintained.
