BIMLab played a key role in this project, supporting the client's vision of leveraging BIM methodology as the ultimate tool for delivering accurate design, coordination, and quantity management. The project is being developed on the BIM 360 platform, which assures a seamless workflow for planning and construction teams.
Our BIM management approach ensured structured collaboration by establishing clear standards and protocols (BEP), maintaining consistent data management, and producing monthly quality reports to track compliance with LOD requirements. By actively engaging in all project stages, we facilitated better communication between architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a fully coordinated and efficient process.
An essential aspect of the project was concrete coordination, aligning structural and architectural elements to avoid design conflicts. Through detailed reviews and coordination meetings, we ensured precise planning and execution, creating a solid foundation for MEP integration.
The BIM MEP coordination process focuses on optimisation of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to fit seamlessly within the design. By using advanced clash detection tools, we succesfully identified and resolved conflicts before construction, minimizing delays and cost overruns. Creating a shared BIM environment provided a highly effective platform for design and construction teams, improving project efficiency, decision-making, and material management.
By prioritizing BIM methodology, the project successfully utilized digital construction tools to enhance accuracy, coordination, and real-time collaboration, setting a new standard for integrated project delivery.
